Milena is a CTO at Trainline, where she runs a team of 400+ technologists focused on enabling greener travel choices, connecting people and places. Before that she has spent more than a decade at Google, working as an engineer and an engineering leader across a number of different product areas - most recently as an Engineering Director for Google Play Developer Ecosystem. Milena has a passion for building empowered and efficient tech organizations, robust and innovative technology and delightful customer experiences.
Hayley Bromilow is COO of Innovate Finance, the industry body representing the world-leading UK FinTech sector. Hayley joined Innovate Finance in 2015 and held the position of Commercial Director before stepping into the role of COO in February 2022. Hayley plays a crucial role in helping to set the high-level goals and priorities of the organisation, and ensuring operational standards are met. Hayley is passionate about creating a fairer, more transparent and sustainable financial services sector for all and harnessing the power of fintech to do so.
Prior to joining Innovate Finance, Hayley spent nearly a decade working in the finance and media sectors holding global events and operations roles.
Belinda is Chief Information Officer Three, having previously been CIO at Centrica Group PLC and also Transformation and Digital Director at Vodafone, she is passionate on dispelling the myth there are significant barriers to entry for women in technology, and is an advocate of using exercise to increase productivity, efficiency and peace of mind. She was the only girl COBOL programmer in her company in the mid-nineties trying to fix various millennium bug issues, so is a closet geek.
She is originally from Cardiff in South Wales but currently lives near Newbury, Berkshire with her husband and 10 year old daughter, Scarlett. In her spare time, Belinda is a running freak and regularly runs ultra-marathons, recently completing a 32 Mile non-stop run around a 400m track, and yes, she did get very dizzy and very bored!!
Sue is a Partner in Baker McKenzie's Technology group. She has specialized in technology law for over 20 years. She advises clients on a wide range of technology related matters, including projects relating to outsourcing, cloud, digital transformation, technology procurement, licensing development and licensing, m/e-commerce, AI and blockchain and crypto-assets. Sue also advises on the IP, commercial and technology aspects of tech M&A deals and joint ventures. Her clients include some of the world's best known tech companies and multinational corporations. She also enjoys working with emerging and growth companies. Sue has experience across various business sectors, but particular experience in the financial services and TMT sectors. Sue regularly speaks and writes about the impact of disruptive technologies. Sue is co-chair of the firm's fintech group in London and EMEA co-chair of the firm's Financial Institutions industry group. Sue is also a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Society for Computers and Law and founder and chair of the SCL Women in Tech Law network.
Coming from the East side of the world, she is passionate about mobile applications and has been working with many talented developers to craft various mobile apps throughout the years. Teresa likes to explore the world of cloud, Agile, multi-platform the fun of code sharing, and much more.
Alina is a multi-award-winning Principal at Oliver Wyman who helps major organisations to adopt modernize their technology so they can deliver on their business ambitions in a safe and cost-effective way. She was recognized by 7 industry awards only in 2021, including Digital Leader & Cloud Professional.
Outside of work Alina actively gives back to the community, through mentoring immigrants and women of diverse cultural and social backgrounds - so we can all look at our failure as an opportunity, instead of a setback. Her recent TEDxTalk "Fail but never give up" was watched by over 380 000 unique viewers in first 4 months, translated into 19 languages and has reached the Top 10 World’s most watched TEDx talks released in December 2021.

An award winning educator and TEDx speaker, Terri Duhon went from a Math degree at MIT to a derivative trader on Wall Street then on to become an entrepreneur and author. She is now an educator, often guest lecturing at Oxford University where she is an Associate Fellow, and a board member of a number of large institutions such as Morgan Stanley International, Wise plc and Rathbone Bros a FTSE 250 UK Wealth Manager. She is passionate about diversity and culture and often speaks about Empowerment and Reinvention.
Angela puts people at the heart of transformation and is passionate about delivering positive experiences through change management. She believes in the strength of collaboration, working closely with everyone to solve problems, remove blockers and provide transparency on the journey of change. Angela has spent the past 20-years in London delivering complex, industry disrupting product launches and running business transformation and technology programmes in media and telecoms. Angela's proud to be a kiwi having grown up in New Zealand and is known for her innovative and pragmatic approach to making things happen.
In Sept 2019, Lisa Gibbons went from Head of Digital Marketing at a successful start-up, to new mother, to looking for a sense of direction in the midst of a global pandemic. Stumbling upon the world of Blockchain provided the most refreshing way to look at the world. In blockchain she found that all of the doors were open to her and every opportunity to be her creative, innovative self was welcomed with open arms. Lisa is a passionate blockchain professional with a love for all things crypto, art, blockchain, education and sustainability.
She writes for numerous publications, including Euronews, Benzinga, Cryptoslate, Blockleaders and Blocktelegraph. She founded Orchardsnearme.com, a platform dedicated to wild food foraging and sustainable food distribution.
After learning about the leading women in blockchain Lisa teamed up with acclaimed journalist Jillian Godsil to run her Blockleaders news site as a new censorship resistant media platform under the Roundtable brand.
Lisa works with numerous NFT projects, has minted her own NFTs and is fascinated by the technology that brings NFT's to life.
In the past Lisa has judged the Student Enterprise Awards and helped to organise the World's first Simulated Crypto Trading Competition with The Blockchain Academy.

An experienced entrepreneur-in-residence and innovation specialist with experience from start-up to VC. A passion to innovate and disrupt in the care industry, came from being a young carer for 12 years, which led to winning industry recognised awards for Vida, and be featured on the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2018, for healthcare and science.
Awarded "health tech pioneer" in Europe for 2018 and multiple accolades and awards ranging from Glamour magazine, cosmopolitan, the FT, Business Insider, and featured on the front cover of courier magazine as a start- up to watch in 2018. Notably the most distinguished recognition was awarded in 2019 from United Nations #sheinnovates campaign, recognised for pushing boundaries to break stereotypes in STEM globally and most recently has been awarded the "Entrepreneur of the year" by King's College London.
