First you should follow through to the ‘click here to learn more’ on our homepage. This will take you through to the main registration page for the specific webinar where you should enter in your info. You will then be sent information on how to join our webinar. Please note that we use Cisco Webex as a platform and if you have never used it before, there is a little widget to download. You can also voice call in (and watch the presentation recording instead). Any issues please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long before the webinar start time should I sign on?
We advise 5-10 minutes beforehand so we can start promptly.
Should I have my video on?
Please ensure your camera is off whilst you’re on the webinar.
Should I have my mic muted?
Yes, your mic should be muted throughout the webinar.
How do I ask questions?
You will be able to use the chat function on the webinar platform to ask questions. Please ensure that questions are sent directly to Maddox Events within the chat function. Any questions you ask will be shared with the webinar host, the presenter will then address all questions at the end of the presentation.
Can I attend more than one webinar?
Yes, you can sign up for as many as you want. We don’t hold webinars at the same time as one another.
Can I register for a webinar even if I can’t make the time/ What happens if I register and miss the webinar?
Yes, we record all of our webinars so even if you can’t join (we know things crop up last minute), as long as you've registered you will still receive the recording.
What if I am late to the webinar?
We allow attendees to join up to 10 minutes after the allotted time. Access may be denied after this but you will still receive the recording after the webinar has finished if you are registered.
You will receive an automated email from Webex when the recording is available (this can take up to 12 hours). For webinars that are over one hour you would expect a little bit more of a delay but any concerns please check in with us: email@example.com
Can I share the webinar link with my fellow colleagues?
Absolutely but they would still need to be registered for the webinar using the registration form on our webinar homepage
Will I be able to share my feedback?
Yes, we encourage you to share feedback with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and letting us know which webinar you are referring to.
