Join this webinar to learn about some challenges and learnings from a four-year AI journey, and how Versus Arthritis have turned these into opportunities to deliver more value for their consumers. Through implementing various enterprise-level platforms and technology services, they’re scaling up their innovative products and developing more AI skills. They’ll share how they’ve demonstrated value and return on investment for the charity, and crucially the impact conversational AI is having for people with arthritis.
From launching a COVID-19 virtual assistant in 14 days, to migrating AVA onto a scalable, enterprise bot CMS, to working with other charities to develop conversational AI for new audiences.
