This is a session to work through the positive power of being unique and how you can step into this as our own individual SUPERPOWER.
In a world where change is the only constant and with the challenges we face in sustaining life on earth - we need innovative and ground-breaking solutions to succeed. To achieve this I believe we need to live into our natural diversity and have honest and open discussions around what matters.
We each have a unique set of talents and personal values. Couple these with our life experience and personality and you have a unique specimen of a human being. You! But what does this mean and how can this be an advantage? If we can all start playing to our strengths and the things that fill us with energy, then we can contribute in our chosen way in any situation… including innovating to make the world a better place.
Let’s throw off our invisibility cloak, which we use to try and blend in with the rest of the population. Stand up. Be counted; as a beautiful, creative and whole human being just as you are!

Founder and Coach @ Unique-U
Sarah is someone who has a passion for people and their life stories. She truly believes that everyone is unique and has something amazing to contribute through their life on earth.
Sarah combines her curiosity in people with her passion and experience in technology; sustainability and supportive leadership through her coaching. Sarah works primarily with tech founders and leaders to support them in getting to know their uniqueness and step into the power this brings them. She helps them to challenge themselves to create fertile incubators in which their diverse teams can thrive!
Sarah has over 10 years experience as a leader in tech industry and have used this experience to develop my coaching skills. She has a degree in engineering and am a certified coach.
Sarah is a mother of two adopted daughters who are six and nine years old. Sarah and her husband adopted them after encountering multiple miscarriages; their children have changed their life and their perspective on many issues. One being work life. After supporting her mother living with and dying from dementia whilst going through burnout, Sarah took a long, hard look at her life. She realized she was unfilled at work and was not following her passions. Sarah took the scary step and left a well paid, secure job to set up on her own doing something she is passionate about. She choose to listen to what she really wanted to do and where she felt she could have more impact in the world through supporting others.
Even writing these things down in one place can be hard. However Sarah knows that her life story (especially those hard parts) is what makes her who she is today. It is also part of the reason she has chosen to support others through coaching to find their true passions; recognize their strengths and get to know themselves in a new and positive way!
