Sarojini is a co-Founder of the breakthrough NFT metaverse, Alien Worlds - the largest blockchain game in history by a wide margin. Sue is a Partner in Baker McKenzie's Technology group. She has specialized in technology law for over 20 years. She advises clients on a wide range of technology related matters, including projects relating to outsourcing, cloud, digital transformation, technology procurement, licensing development and licensing, m/e-commerce, AI and blockchain and crypto-assets. Sue also advises on the IP, commercial and technology aspects of tech M&A deals and joint ventures. Her clients include some of the world's best known tech companies and multinational corporations. She also enjoys working with emerging and growth companies. Sue has experience across various business sectors, but particular experience in the financial services and TMT sectors. Sue regularly speaks and writes about the impact of disruptive technologies. Sue is co-chair of the firm's fintech group in London and EMEA co-chair of the firm's Financial Institutions industry group. Sue is also a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Society for Computers and Law and founder and chair of the SCL Women in Tech Law network.
Hayley Bromilow is COO of Innovate Finance, the industry body representing the world-leading UK FinTech sector. Hayley joined Innovate Finance in 2015 and held the position of Commercial Director before stepping into the role of COO in February 2022. Hayley plays a crucial role in helping to set the high-level goals and priorities of the organisation, and ensuring operational standards are met. Shani Dhanda is a multi-award-winning disability specialist and entrepreneur listed as one of the UK's most influential disabled people and BBC’s 100 Women 2020 List.
As a keynote speaker and practitioner for inclusion across business, government, non-profit and wider society, Shani helps organisations break barriers and integrate inclusion into their business frameworks.
As an influential woman in leadership, Shani has taken change into her own hands and founded numerous organisations to improve representation and challenge social inequality globally - Diversability, Asian Woman Festival, and Asian Disability Network.
Passionate about representation and portrayal of intersectionality, Shani was the face of LinkedIn's first-ever TV ad, which was featured across digital, print and radio channels with over 17 million views. She is a LinkedIn changemaker and sits within the top 0.09% most influential members in the UK.
Shani is a trustee of global disability charity Leonard Cheshire and Vice-President of the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce.
As a subject matter expert, Shani brings the voices of disabled people and their organisations to policy development for the Government's Disability Unit, the Cabinet Office. Shani is a mentor at Oxford University and advisor on disability screen representation at the BFI. She is an ambassador at Valuable 500 and Parallel London.

Outside of work Alina actively gives back to the community, through mentoring immigrants and women of diverse cultural and social backgrounds - so we can all look at our failure as an opportunity, instead of a setback. Her recent TEDxTalk "Fail but never give up" was watched by over 380 000 unique viewers in first 4 months, translated into 19 languages and has reached the Top 10 World’s most watched TEDx talks released in December 2021.

Namrata is the Chief Product Officer at INTO University Partnerships - a Higher Education company that works with top Universities in the UK and US, and a student community from all across the world. Previously, she was the CPO at iPlato Healthcare (myGP) where she led an expansive portfolio of digital products and worked closely with NHS Primary Care. She has worked in product leadership roles at ViacomCBS, Babylon Health and a number of other exciting global companies.
Namrata is a strong supporter of Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, and is a popular voice in the Women in Product & Tech community.
She sits on the board of The Open University Business School, and is an Advisor at Antler - an early stage VC firm.
Namrata is an alumni of Manchester Business School and is trained in global leadership from Harvard Business School.
Beth Probert is an Astrophysicist turned Software Engineer working at Capgemini Engineering's High Integrity Software Expertise Centre. Her work involved developing and testing bespoke safety critical software that keeps people safe in their everyday lives. Beth joined Capgemini Engineering in 2019, and has worked on a range of projects producing software for the rail, scientific research and satellite communications sectors. Her enthusiasm and expertise in her field led to her recognition as one of the top female engineers in the UK as a finalist in the IET's 2020 Young Woman Engineer of the Year awards, and being recognised as a Rising Star of Women in Technology by Computer Weekly in 2021.
In her current role, Katie leads the development of innovation partnerships for McLaren, with particular focus on sustainability, emerging technologies and driving a purpose-led agenda.
Katie was awarded f the Santander W50 Emerging Leaders Programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has also completed a certification with The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania in Global Trends for Business and Society.
Previously to this, Katie worked at consulting firm Gartner, with global technology brands such as AWS, BT, Cisco, EE, Google, IBM, KPMG, Microsoft, Verizon and Vodafone and held various marketing and communications roles both agency and brand side.
She graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA Hons in Business Strategy and Management.
Alejandra Maldonado is a simulation engineer with more than ten years of experience in the automotive industry. An enthusiastic supporter of female empowerment in STEM, she started her career in 2011 by working at the Mexican office of the American OEM Chrysler. Utilising simulation and mathematical models (Computer Aided Engineering [CAE]), Alejandra worked on several projects to optimise the design and reduce costs of chassis and suspension parts. For several years, she was the only female member of the high-skilled technical team. Alejandra developed training materials for her CAE team.
Later in her career, she moved to a Japanese automotive safety device company where she helped build a high-performance engineering team that provided solutions for the US office. During her time at Ford, Alejandra optimised parts and improved processes. Her cost-savings achievements for the next generation of vehicles brought recognition from the global engineering director. Currently, she works at Jaguar Land Rover in England as a simulation lifecycle management specialist. She is helping the company to make the simulation process more efficient and agile. Alejandra has mentored several female engineering students and inspired them to be more confident working in a male-dominated environment.
